What makes a correction easy to review

Include the exact page URL: point to the page that needs revision.
Quote the disputed sentence: make the problem obvious.
Attach the source: first-party links are strongest, but reputable reporting is useful when clearly labeled.
Suggest the correction: concise replacement wording speeds review.
